Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email and/or SMS.

Shipping Charges

Prepaid Orders

• Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999
• ₹79 shipping fee on prepaid orders below ₹999

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

• ₹99 shipping fee on all COD orders

Estimated Delivery Time

• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
• Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days
• Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can track your shipment using the provided tracking number.

Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate when placing an order.

If an order is returned due to:

• Incorrect address
• Unreachable phone number
• Multiple failed delivery attempts

Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Delays

While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, SYKS is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, strikes, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
